What to count separately

The price on the kit card is the hardware price: Starlink Mini $249, Mini X $299, Home Kit $349, and Travel Kit $249. That figure does not include service.

For use inside Iran the connection subscription is free. On the order page that free connection is the default. Paid monthly plans are required only when you will use the kit outside Iran; their price is listed on the plan and is added to the kit price.

StarPing is an independent store and is not an official representative of Starlink or SpaceX. Check coverage for the address on the official Starlink map before you buy.

How an order is placed

   Choose a kit

   Add Mini, Mini X, Home, or Travel from the shop or the order page. If you want an accessory, choose only one whose product page says it matches that kit.

   Say where the kit will be used

   Use inside Iran: keep the free connection subscription on the order and do not buy a monthly plan. Use outside Iran: turn on that option in the order flow and choose a compatible Residential or Roam plan.

   Complete the account and address

   Checkout requires you to sign in. The shipping name, address, and phone must be saved on the profile. The buyer is responsible for those details being correct.

   Finish checkout exactly as that page shows it

   If the cart is only a zero-cost Iran connection request, no crypto payment is asked for. You must confirm that use is inside Iran and enter the Starlink account email or kit serial. If the cart contains a kit or a paid plan, payment details appear only on the checkout page and must match that page exactly.

   Keep the order code

   Placing the order gives you a tracking code. You see status with that code on order tracking: awaiting review, payment reported, confirmed, shipped, or rejected. A free connection request has no crypto payment step and stays awaiting review until the check is finished.

   Activation comes after review

   The connection does not turn on at the moment of payment. For use inside Iran, residency and the kit serial or account email are reviewed, and activation is followed up on that device. Do not assume the connection is active until order tracking or support confirms it. Physical installation is separate and is covered by the setup guide.

What this page does not promise

• Going online immediately after payment.
• Guaranteed coverage for every city or every roof. The reference is the official Starlink map for that address.
• A delivery date for a city. The shipping process is written on the shipping and delivery page.
• Official representation, or a factory warranty that StarPing has not published.
